Her transformative journey led her to New Orleans, a city that has significantly shaped her personal and professional life. As an alumna of William Carey University, Dr. Boutin earned her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Psychology and Biology. Her pursuit of knowledge and dedication to healthcare excellence propelled her to obtain a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans. With unmatched perseverance, commitment, and consistency, she has also earned her PhD in Health Education and Promotion, embodying the essence of lifelong learning and resilience.<\/span><\/p>

In her personal life, Dr. Boutin is a devoted wife to Bishop-elect Brandon M. Boutin, Sr., and a loving mother to three beautiful children. Alongside her husband, she serves as the Strategic Lead Director at United Fellowship Full Gospel Baptist Church. In addition to her leadership role, Dr. Boutin is deeply committed to her community and spiritual life as the overseer of the women’s ministry, Women of Valor. This role underscores her dedication to empowering women within her church community, guiding them through spiritual growth, personal development, and collective empowerment.<\/span><\/p>

Dr. Boutin’s life story is a testament to her belief in turning tragedy into triumph, a mission she passionately lives out through her roles as a health and fitness trainer and the founder of EvElution Fitness. Her life’s work is dedicated not only to connecting with her church family and the broader community on health and wellness but also to uplifting and empowering women through the Women of Valor ministry.<\/span><\/p>

Her narrative is one of inspiration, marked by her dedication to health education and promotion, her deep-rooted faith, and her commitment to cultural and community enrichment.
